WRNK relies on the generous support of people like you who share a personal appreciation for Christian community broadcasting. Volunteering not only benefits us here at WRNK, but you also have the opportunity to see how Christian community radio works first hand.
Whether you choose to answer phones during our fund raising campaigns, help out around the station a couple of hours a week or assist us at a community event from time to time, there’s always something to do and something new to learn. Our volunteering opportunities are listed below.
Fund Raising Campaigns
Our most exciting and most important opportunity, WRNK Share-A-Thon campaigns bring you together with our producers, hosts, engineers and support staff as well as other fans of Christian community radio in the WRNK broadcasting area. Whether it’s answering phones, tallying donations or even supervising a shift there’s guaranteed to be great food and a great time.
Daytime Station Support
WRNK can always use a hand around the station answering phones, supporting program producers or possibly something we haven’t thought of yet. If you have time you would like to spend with us tell us your talents and we’ll find something for you to do!
Local Events Remote Reporters
We are a local community Christian station that wants to keep the Christian community update as to local church and community happenings. Live remotes are a great way to do.
